MEGA GAMES Last Updated: September 28, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Mega Games ("Mega Games", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use our websites, games, communities, services, events, shops and other services that are owned, operated or directly managed by Mega Games. Mega Games is based in the Netherlands and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. 1. Who We Are Mega Games is a game studio and gaming news studio. We develop and operate games and communities, including Roblox games and the Blocky SMP Minecraft server. We also publish gaming news and content about games and platforms such as Roblox, Minecraft and Fortnite. This Privacy Policy applies to services that are owned, operated or directly managed by Mega Games. Projects that Mega Games works on together with another person, company, studio or organization may have their own privacy policies if they are owned or managed by that other party.
2. Information We Collect The information we collect depends on which Mega Games service you use. Blocky Shop When purchasing products through the Mega Games Blocky Shop, we may receive or store: Email address Phone number Full name Order ID Date of purchase Purchase information The payment method used Payment card, bank account and other sensitive payment information is handled directly by SumUp. Mega Games does not store or have access to full payment card or bank account details. The information we retain is used for order administration, delivery, verification, customer support and accounting purposes.

Roblox Information When you use a Mega Games Roblox game, we may store: Roblox username Roblox User ID Game progress Inventory information In-game currencies Other game-related data necessary to operate the game Roblox User IDs and usernames may be used for features such as leaderboards, account identification and saving player data. Mega Games does not intentionally request or store private personal information through our Roblox games unless it is necessary for a specific service.

Blocky SMP Information When you use the Blocky SMP, we may store game-related information such as: Minecraft username (IGN) Minecraft-related player identifiers Inventory data Homes Currencies and Tickets Clan data Subscription-related information Game progress Other information necessary to operate the server This information is used to provide, maintain and improve the Blocky SMP. We do not intentionally collect private personal information through ordinary gameplay.

Discord Information When interacting with Mega Games through Discord, we may process information such as: Discord username Discord-related account information Information provided through support tickets Information related to warnings, punishments or moderation cases Discord information may be used for: Customer support Support tickets Moderation Ban and punishment management Investigating rule violations Resolving problems involving Mega Games services We only use this information where reasonably necessary for these purposes.
7. Warnings & Moderation Records Mega Games may keep records of warnings, punishments and moderation actions. These records are primarily managed through moderation systems and bots used within our communities. Warnings may remain stored until Mega Games determines that the user's behaviour has improved sufficiently for the warning to no longer be relevant. For example, SumUp may use cookies or similar technologies when you access its payment services. Third-party cookies are controlled by the relevant third-party provider rather than Mega Games.
